We are your one-stop DOT clinic focusing on providing certified CDL medical care and physical exams. We offer a variety of DOT medical services to ensure you don't have to spend your day looking for the medical care you need.

Our team of CDL medical experts also offer a verity of medical testing such as: Return to Work Physicals, Pre-Employment Physicals, Non DOT Drug Testing & Hair Follicle Testing. We also carry a full line of occupational health services, so you don't miss a beat.
We also offers follow-up care through our medical partners Sky Health. Follow-up care can include cardiovascular health checkups such as: blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes screening, HbA1c management, rapid antigen covid testing, weight management and other healthcare services.
Initial DOT exams are priced at $89 USD. DOT exam wallet certificate card also known as a CDL medical card is included. There is no charge for retakes if you fail your initial physical.
Truck and large vehicle parking is available on site for any commercial drivers, RVs or other large vehicles.
